Therefore, much more sensitive but convenient method is needed for the quantification of small amount of copper in polluted water, food, blood and tissues. The application of ESR method is examined in the present work because Cu++ is paramagnetic and can be measured by ESR method. We confirmed the results of the previous report that diethyldithiocarbamate (DDC) reacted with Cu++at pH from 0 to 10. The Cu++-DDC complex could be extracted with most organic solvents at these pHs. We found that the addition of Na2SO4 facilitated the extraction of the complex with 1-butanol. By this method we can quantify copper using 5μl of plasma within 5 min. Cu++-DDCcomplex in butanol is quite stable and is not affected by a few hour's exposure to room light. The peaks remained unchanged for 3 days when it is kept in the dark and the volume of butanol maintained.}, pages = {188--189}, title = {電子スピン共鳴を用いた銅の微量定量法}, volume = {19}, year = {2001} }
