CKD-MBD の病態が関与する.\n地域居住高齢者において認知症予防に最も有用な食事は,果物,野菜,魚介類に加え,ナッツ類,オリーブオイル類,乳製品,豆類,ワインなどを含む「地中海食のような食事」,すなわち plant-based diets である.和食と比べて食塩が少なく,カリウム,カルシウム,マグネシウム,食物繊維が豊富に含まれる特徴がある.一方,認知症の予防にビタミンB群を含むサプリメントを投与することは推奨されていない.\n現在,透析患者の認知症・認知機能低下に対する plant-based diets
