Satyaswaroop et al.の方法をmodifyして正所および異所子宮内膜細胞を腺管上皮細胞と間質細胞に分離, 培養した. 2. 初代培養における子宮内膜細胞の増殖曲線は, 培養開始後48時間は細胞数の減少を認め, その後対数増殖期に入った. 腺管上皮細胞は培養開始後10~14日で, 間質細胞は約7日でfull sheetに達した. 3. 位相差顕微鏡による形態学的観察では, 腺管上皮細胞はおたまじやくし状を呈するのに対し, 間質細胞は紡錘状を呈しており両者は明らかに区別された. しかし, 正所と異所の形態学的区別は困難であった. 4. 子宮内膜培養細胞におけるCA125免疫染色(酵素抗体間接法)では, 正所および異所子宮内膜腺管上皮細胞は細胞膜と細胞質に染色されたが, 間質細胞では正所も異所も染色されなかった. しかし, 螢光抗体間接法では, 間質細胞にもCA125が弱陽性に染色された. 5.
