Health","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_9":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的：母親に育児不安をもたらす要因と、それを軽減するような夫からの支援方策を明らかにする。\n方法：文献調査研究。キーワードを「育児不安」and「支援」and「配偶者or夫」or「コミュニケーション」とし、医中誌Webで29件を抽出、さらに、書籍や関連ホームページから17件追加した。検索文献の対象期間は1999年から2010年である。\n結果：育児不安への影響要因には、育児を一人で担う負担感、社会からの孤立感、疲労、育児で生じた問題に対する対処行動をとることができないなどが抽出された。育児不安を生じた時に支えとなるのは周囲からの支援であり、特に、夫からの支援が重要で、夫の育児参加、夫婦間の会話が育児不安を軽減する。すなわち、夫婦共に情緒的支援が良好であると認識している者は、コミュニケーションが充実し、育児不安が低いことが示された。\n結論：母親の育児不安を軽減するためには、夫の育児参加や、夫婦間の言語的コミュニケーションが重要であることが明らかとなったが、育児期の夫婦間の言語的コミュニケーションの具体的な内容について明らかにすることが今後の課題である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_6":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"静岡県母性衛生学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Shizuoka
