Nonlinear problems"}]}]},"item_3_description_9":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"生体分子の分子レベルでの反応過程を解析するため統計熱力学的手法を解説した。Chapmnn, Cowling, Enskog, Burnettらの一連の分子動力学的衝突解析法を導入した。衝突積分微小体積要素をもとめ粒子の相対速度およびそれらのヴェクトル積分を求める過程を解説した。具体的な例として硬い弾性球状粒子同士がそれらの距離のべき乗に反比例する場合の衝突積分を粒子の正規化速度の関数として求めた。本研究は球状粒子を仮定したが、重心が偏位しているより一般的な生体分子の挙動解析に発展させることで生体分子同士の衝突による生化学的反応を正確し記述できる可能性がある。 The present work introduced a mathematical method for expressing the statistical micro dynamical reaction of bio molecular interactions particularly at the collision encounter. Based on Chapmann, Cowling, Enskog and Burnett, we explained a detailed process for computing the collision integrals. We induced a mathematical expression for the geometric collision element of a bio molecular particle. Then, we induced a mathematical expression for the integrals with the help of vectorial analysis and bio nomial expansions.
