| 内容記述 | Fichte was a thinker who lived in Germany 200 years ago. He is second to Kant as an authority on idealistic philosophy. This paper is a treatise on the relationship between law and moral based on his middle stage theory of state. The period is mainly 1800-1806. The flux of his ideas can be found in various books, f.ex. “Bestimmung des Menschen", 1800, a treatise dealing with moral world-rule philosophy, and “Die Grundzüge der Gegenwärtigen Zeitalters", 1806, which gives a concrete form to the current answers to law and theories of state. We have already taken up the early stage of his ideas in 1984, 1985, Toyo Daigaku, Asia-Africa Bunka Kenkyujo Kenkyu Nenpo No.19, 20. Therefore, the present treatise is a seperate inquiry into his middle stage thoughts on social problems. |
