| 内容記述 | In computer education, teachers used to teach students programming languages for understanding the concept of computer. Nowadays, the purpose of computer education has changed from understanding the structure of computer and programming languages to coordinating a variety of softwares. Since the operating system has became larger and more complicated by including functions that were formerly incorporated in applications, students cannot use the computer until they thoroughly understand the operating system. Then, it is important to have students comprehend the organization of the operating system upon which applications efficiently communicate each other. I term this type of communication a "within-computer communication" that is depend on an operating system. In addition, since network system has been momentarily developed, we must understand network system to obtain much more informations stored in computers all over the world. It is, therefore, necessary to understand network system, i.e., the communication between computers, in order to have more opportunity to derive information from the internet. I term this type of communication a "between-computer communication" that is relied on a network system. Thus, these two kind of communication are necessary for students to utilize computers effectively. Therefore, it is important to teach students the operating system and the computer network system at the same time; the former is a communication tool within one computer, the latter is a communication tool between computers. | |||||||
