| 内容記述 | So far Japanese researchers in the field of the history of Soviet education do not have prosecuted sufficiently the study of detailed processes of framing educational policies at the top levels of the political power in Soviet Russia in the 1930's. The research papers by Larry E. Holmes and A. M. Rodin, published lately in Russia, showed on the basis of archival materials that Stalin was greatly concerned about the situation of school education and played a leading role in adopting a series of important resolutions by the Party and the Government in the 1930's, which reorganized Soviet education up to that time drastically. Besides Stalin, L. M. Kaganovich, A. A. Zhdanov, A. I. Stetsky, head of the kul'tprop department, and B. M. Volin, head of the school department of the Central Committee, played important parts. The problems concerning Soviet pedology, which was severely criticised by the Party's Central Committee in 1936, are also being brough to light by these recent researches. They are making clear the real situation of Soviet school and children's life in the 1930's as well. They have made a valuable contribution to the study of the history of Soviet education in the 1930's. | |||||||
