| 内容記述 | Autonomic symptoms are various symptoms caused by autonomic dysfunction in Parkinson’ s disease, and reflect the systemic Lewy body pathology. Since autonomic dysfunction affects quality of life (QOL) , understanding its symptoms and taking appropriate measures are important in the management of Parkinson’s disease. Symptoms include dizziness, lightheadedness, and syncope associated with orthostatic hypotension, as well as nausea, vomiting, and constipation due to gastrointestinal dysfunction. There are also fluctuations in motor symptoms associated with delayed absorption of levodopa. It is also important to recognize that some symptoms are atypical. Additionally, since treatment of one autonomic symptom may lead to deterioration of other autonomic symptoms, it is important for management of Parkinson’s disease to take individual measures based on the condition and QOL of each patient. | |||||||||||
